| Astonishing Yoga is community centered yoga in Baltimore at an affordable rate. These classes are open to all, ages 12 and up, for the residents of Federal Hill, South Baltimore, Locust Point, and surrounding areas. Classes take place in Salem Lutheran Church on the corner of Battery and Randall Streets. Astonishing Yoga was created by a long time Federal Hill resident, YTT, and nurse, as a way to give back to her community. Our lives today are busy and stressful, come to a place where your individuality is celebrated and give yourself the chance to slow down and find a balance within your body and life. Practice mindfullness, increase flexibilty, establish disipline, and strenghen your body. Walk out your door, and get on the mat. Namaste. |
